But yet I am waiting for my case to be heard in the Court of Justice. In the year 2008, November 26 So many people died at Mumbai for no reason except they were there at that moment. I don’t know all their names and even their identity, But in one way or other I am their brother sharing same land INDIA and taking Pledge as an INDIAN right from my school days. Do I need anything else to fight for Justice?

India my country stood as a neutral land during two great world wars but even that time Poverty and other such virus ruined my land. Many leaders fought and gave their life bravely for our land. There is no rights to take others property but that has happened due to British’s egoism. We are legally free after 1947 when British left our land. But now someone ruins my land again. What am I expected to do. I so much confused than usual. Every time I enquire a problem in my life, I follow my instincts and Logic. I hope this two serves under any circumstances. But now my instinct says nothing and even I can’t find any logic.

Around 250 people died on the sad day including brave many NSG Soldiers, Police officers and nameless Common men. If we were one among them that day we wouldn’t be sitting here and doing our work as usual. YES WE ALL ARE ALIVE BECAUSE WE WERE NOT THERE AT CST or TAJ HOTEL at 26/11 WHEREAS OUR BROTHER OR SISTER WAS THERE AND LAID THEIR LIFE.

Why are we still waiting for some country dossier and letting the culprit to get food from our land. Shouldn’t we be ashamed of the situation? Let us teach a good lesson to those who thinks of ruining our land in the future by showing our strict law against Terrorism. Let us awake at least now for the sake of the innocent souls. Let us define our self that not even a single life will be granted for Terrorism.

I request all of you those who read this message to pray in silence for 2 minutes on this day.

Indain Rooster Coops

It’s about 15 to 11’o clock in night. I thought of studying as usual, but my mind is not staying in a proper place due to various reasons. One thing is due to the post which I have written earlier, some say I am a good writer. Some say they are not convinced and even some tease for different reason. It’s all about my passion to write and make clear that I have no reason to tease any one personal feeling. In case if I have done any by mistake, I feel sorry for it.
Coming to the point I have a good topic for discussion. I really wanna to speak it today. It’s about our Country, yes its INDIA. People in the west have different idea about our country. I can admit that we are poor, corrupted and our people surrendered to Politicians for no reason, similar to rooster coop in chicken shop. Those rooster coups are breaded by its master along with its fellow brothers. When their day comes they are assassinated in front of their family members. We are similar to those roosters, so I would like to refer us as Rooster coops.
In most part of India many rooster coops doesn’t know what a logic means to them. To describe it I would like to take you back some years back, around 5 to 10 years back, I could not exactly remember the date due to my poor memory skill. I was a school boy that time. I happened to watch 8’o clock news that day, I was horrified, annoyed, upset, searching for an answer for an unknown question. The issue is I saw THREE UNIVERSITY STUDENT (GIRLS) BEING BURNT ALIVE IN A BUS for some XY reason. What is the reason? Why are they being treated in such a horrified manner? Is their mistake of being born in this world? The reason is some Politician leader was arrested and his party members showed their love for the party and to their party leader by burning alive these Innocent College students.
This incident was spread all over our Country and all news channels for next 1 month got a good deal, they had various debates, various kinds of peoples participated and finally some were arrested. But the punishment in our country is simple. If one guy is given 10 years in some court, he can move to some other higher court and get a good lawyer and could claim he is innocent and the punishment could be finally reduced to 2 or 3. AWESOME!!!! BRAVO!!! This the kind of democracy we enjoy. There are lot more incident to say we fail in logics. But I would stop with this.
We enjoy being poor. Rooster coops are breaded for flesh and once it gains that they are transformed into Tandoori. Our Illiteracy rate is 40%, BOP is 30%, Person with less than Rs.1 per day is almost 32%, these figures doesn’t end and it keeps it mark in various aspect to prove we are poor. Many great leaders dream of India in a much better way, but the result till now is not up to the mark. But why? I could explain it with simple answer “WE ARE JUST LIKE THAT”. India is just not a single man, if one man thinks of some thing and tries to implement that for the welfare of humanity – in reality he won’t succeed. It’s the truth and the fact. One of the great scholars that India has got is “Saint Vivekanadha”. He has once told give me 50 men I will change India to a better country and filled to ethics and values. When some of our ancestor has thought in such a manner but hasn’t implemented, why cant we do it. I believe in strong management could bring up any thing. We are here to prove it to our self. Lets make it!! Join hands and think alike!!

New monsoon

It is such a rainy day Myself, Madesh and kubs found very difficult to get up from bed. We some how managed to finish our morning schedule. Madesh by mistake left his flash-drive in our office. So we planned to leave for office as soon as possible. Due to rain we started as usual and reached there jus 2 min before.

We had a big surprise after entering the office. Our tutor left off !!!! More or less we simulated this situation earlier but it is too late for now to react. Every thing is over, He could have told our Senior Mangers that we are not suitable for training or even we are not listening. What ever may be the situation, we will get to know the results in a short while. About half past 9’o clock, our new tutor came to class. Looks tall, gigantic and seems to be perfect software person. The moment he entered we all sat calm and acted as if we are best in the world. For first few minutes he started his intro and some usual stories. He suddenly started to speak in Greek. I mean he started asking questions from java. He made few comments on our performance which I cannot explain as it was far from explanation. For the first few minutes I really thought he was cracking a joke. The way he handles make to laugh, I then had quick glands of my whole class. Every one was listening very eagerly ohohohoh!!!! Cool-- so every one likes his way of teaching. May be I too but it makes me to blast out.

Initially he thought about Object class and gave different explanation. He asked some question which no one answered except few like MOM, Mr. lighthouse etc.. Mr.Lighthose went beyond the limit to ask several queries and impressed him. During the break time I enquired with Choti, HERO and BOSS they all said his teaching gives a good overview and it can help us to study better. So the new guy stood by his word “I-WILL-TELL-YOU-HOW-TO-STUDY”. Repeatedly he asked us to refer the java documentation which has at least 10000 pages to my knowledge. How ever to a little extent we miss loose talk, may be it is a mistake from both of our sides. So the match between us, declared as “DRAW” by all of us. Unlike previous classes we have lot of free time and break time is extended beyond 20 min, even our class stops at 5’o clock. Nice isn’t it.

It takes at least 1 week to know about the new guy better, May be he will be kind enough and teach us what ever, our exam question paper has or else he might be in other way around to. Let’s wait and watch.

New Perception and New Peoples...

It has been a long time since I penned down my memories here. It’s strictly due to heavy work, sleep less nights and partially eating Oracle 10g books at Hyderabad. Yes!! To all those whom I haven’t informed I will admit that I have finally entered into my so called great- MNC(Mind Navigating Corporate), it makes you to do so.
In Hyderabad every body speaks Hindi or Telugu fluently except me, Madesh and Kubeer. We three are college mates. Moreover myself and Madesh were bench mates and close for more than 3 years until now, regarding Kubs (He like to call him by this name) from our college but from different department. We know only Tamil that too not pure. English we make up as if we are natives of Edinburgh. In my case we speak Telugu in home but that Telugu has different word list when compared here. Madesh and Kubs are always are so friendly and fun liking persons. By the time we reach the home after our hectic work schedule all of us will be drowning to sleep but some thing which makes us to study at least for 10 min is Module test and different figures of marks we must maintain in order to get a project after completion of training.
Here we share our seniors’ Ravi anna room, 2006 passed out from our college. He is such a wonderful personality and two other persons were already staying in the room are Sathish anna and Charles anna. They always stay cool, they claim it its because of vodka and Peter Scotch. Kubeer usually clam and quiet but in reality with us he is not. He almost covered all girls in a short period because of that wonderful personality. Then I realized, girls like guys who admit I-don’t-know –anything-Pl-teach me-!!!. Even some girls whom I have met claim as if they have done P.hd in the doubt which I have asked them. Kubeer some how got that algorithm and making his way through. Bravo!!!!!!
As of now we all are in training and we three in same batch and again same bench. Our batch seems to be luckiest because we have right mixture of Tamilian and other guys. First day when I entered the training hall I encountered different guy, whom I haven’t even thought of being my batch mate. He has a French beard and likes to wear Che-Guevara T shirt. IMPOSSIBLE TO THINK.!!Yes I too admit wearing a t-shirt that too round neck with different pose and entering so called Great MNC whoops!! Such brave and like to be so. We recently celebrated his b’day with a bang.
There are lot more interesting guys in our class. Some one to mention is “I-am-not-that-small-jus-3’inch-but-taller-than-our-English mam”. She is called as kid of our class because she is the one who boosts every body with out their own sense as a kid does to his father.”Child is the father of a man”. They call her “CHOTTI” because of her childlike characters. It’s she who gets friends like Hari a 5 year old kid.
There is another guy called”I-just-take-a-spoon-more-but-people-say-I-eat-a-lot” . His usual temper is calm, so we make lot of fun about him and make him to get worse. Every day in the morning he and I go to near by shop to grab our breakfast. Most of the time it will be the second round for both of us, while for B-O-S-S and Mr.H-E-R-O it will be the first and fore most round. B-O-S-S and H-E-R-O are fantastic and my favorite characters in my class. They both don’t worry for anything and their temper is always to help others. B-O-S-S knows only Tamil, so perfect partner for me, Madesh and kubs to share numerous Tamil jokes normally to tease each others. It has not been a matter of concern for me or to boss because we haven’t used SALT in the whole of our life. !!!!
Coming to the H-E-R-O’s part, he is a great guy and has Hugh plans for future, sleeps with oracle, java books and at times forgets his lunch for the sake of a program, even enters the most crucial site to gather clueless info… NO-NO-NO-NO stop !!!!!!!!!! he is not of that kind. His plan to clear module exam and get a project as soon as possible in order to impress his girl, as most of us share the same (even me too!!)
We also have a brainy, intelligent, most-wanted-IQ-Person in the class. The only problem he has is his butt fails to sit back and study for more than 1 hour at a stretch. He likes to take breaks as much as possible, but fails to return back. He is the one who loves to have rare combination of flavors like, Take-tea-and-sleep-well-policy. He usually plays and teases a lot about Chotti. His gesture makes him look like real gunda, but In reality he is such a great guy. And has numerous problem solving skills.
We call her as ‘MOM’ because of her attitude to care for every one. I was amazed by the explanation when we asked her a doubt in Oracle. She is well-known that activity.
Then comes Udaya Kiran of the class. He is quite clam and composed. But makes humorous jokes at times, it doesn’t make you to feel like he had been a HOD in a well known College. But he struggles to make a JAVA prog!!!
You cannot forget someone even if you try to do so. One such guy is “Darmendra” of our class he almost imitates all the Hindi actors but to my knowledge I can understand only a few. He makes good jokes but often converted to P.Js because of “Man-with-Che-Guevara-Shirt” and “Shahid kapoor”. He always teases Chotti and gives a supporting hand to IQ Personality.
As I told you earlier we are mixture of various states and languages. Two of the gals have come from Southwest India, known for backwater and lush green vegetarian. They have such a great helping tendency. I suppose they have inherited from their land. Even “Man-with-Che-Guevara-Shirt” is from same state but doesn’t seem to be!!!!
Cricket is god for most of the Indians. We are of no exception, almost all of here see cricket as more than our soul. There is one guy who pretends to be as a “Yuvraj Singh”. He sits alone most of the time but such a cool guy.
There are few Postgraduates in our batch one such is Loyala Passed out and I like to call him as “The Physics Tutor”. He is well known for his logics and quantum physics. And he is so humble to every one. Well known for his character!!!
As I have told you all I have been working for Symantec at Chennai. After coming here I searched for Chennai guys. One such who I encountered at first is “I-DON’T-DRINK-MUCH-BUT-JUST-7 TIMES-A-WEEK”. He is great fan of Cricket. He also play the “BAT-AND-BALL-GAME” every week-end, even during the tough times, I mean during “EXAM-TIME” he hits the ball. “A Coin has both side” it happens to this guy to, his room mate “MR.LIGHT-HOUSE” is just opposite to him. He almost spent Rs.1000 for getting the question papers for just one exam!!!! His study material crosses 5 feet if it is arranged vertically. Such a serious guy… hmmm..
Last but not the least if we have any query we route it thro’ representative of our class. Of course there are two of them, one from same state and other from TN. The guy known to most of us as “WELL-WELL-WELL- I SING SONGS DON’T BOTHER ANYTHING”.
There is gal in our class who has travelled almost all places in India. “I-SPEAK-LESS”. Studious gal celebrated her b’day recently. I forgot to wish her as usual because of my poor memory and absence in from the class.

Guys who hate exams, we have a person of that kind in our class. She is “I-GET-FIRST-MARK-IN-SECOND-ATTEMPT”. She is usually identified by big smile and awesome speech in the class.
One gal from TN but sits in last bench. SHAME ISN’T IT but in actuality its not. She clears all doubts in the last bench. She is “I-AM-FROM-COSTAL-REGION-IN-TN-I-HATE-LOOSE-TIME”.
One gal uses a rare philosophy “WEAR-SMILE-AND-BE-THE-BEST”. She is also another last bencher, but clears all the exam with high cut offs.
I like to watch lots of Tamil movies especially “VijayKanth movie”. It seems to be fun but in reality it has lots of sense. One gal in our class from Temple city of Tamilnadu. But pronounces Tamil like Chinese do it, like the Villan in VijayKanth speaks. Even thou’ Madesh, her Bro’ “I-DON’T-DRINK-MUCH-BUT-JUST-7 TIMES-A-WEEK” teases her a lot, she doesn’t seem to be changing so we got accustomed.

There two special gals in the whole group, who are commited to Social union, the so called "WEDLOCK-GALS". They are so calm and composed and usualy speak with ears.

There are many bonded friendship which history has told us like Jack and Jill, three musketeers, Ghandhiji and Nehruji. We in our class have a story similar to this kind they are "WE-ARE-THREE-BONDED-BY-FEVICOL". All three are really nice characters and almost share same tempo as far as I know. One among them is "TOPPER-IN-ELECTRONICS-AND-ASKS-JAVA-DOUBTS -FREQUENTLY-WHEN-NO-ONE-LISTENS". And other is a good dancer and singer, but refuses to sing. Its because of this sole reason Mr.Che-Guevara T shirt became a singer over night along with "I-DON’T-DRINK-MUCH-BUT-JUST-7 TIMES-A-WEEK" and "IQ PERSIONALITY".
Other CR is called as “BRAMIN-ASSOCIATION-ACCEPTED-CHICKEN-IS-VEGETARIAN-AND-SMOKING-IS-GOOD-FOR-HEALTH”. She is a humorous gal and well known for her dance and song which she pretends to do. One day I happened to see her blog, really I can’t believe my eyes. Those are absolute truth which you can’t normally expect a girl to come up with. Bravo!!!!
There are also some less known personalities in the class to me its not because I haven’t spoke but the problem is they speak different language. I personally feel great to be a part of this team. As like my previous office mates here I feel the same comfort. Over all I am in party mood each time when I enter the class and look for the same for ever.

Jacksonism

All hail
Breaking news of Michael Jackson's sudden death dramatically slowed the internet, crippled Google, crashed Twitter, sent iTunes and BitTorrent downloads skyrocketing and made for a huge portion of TV news and radio airplay, according to The Nielsen Company, Billboard and other analysts that tracked coverage of the event.

An Online Outpour

Nielsen reported that Jackson-related news dominated web discussion on June 25, causing spikes in traffic and overwhelming social networks with bursts of information and updates from millions of users.

In comparison, the high volume of blog discussions about Jackson made recent buzz around the swine flu scare and President Obama's inauguration seem paltry and insignificant, MarketingCharts reports.

Similarly a Nielsen Buzzmetrics analysis revealed that more than 16% of tweets in the 24-hour period after Jackson's death mentioned the singer, while less than 2% of mentioned Farrah Fawcett and Iran - two other high-profile news topics during the same time period.

Information from Mashable put the percentage of MJ-tribute tweets higher, at close to 30%, with a reported 50,000 tweets in just one hour. Twitter tracking tool Twist showed 22.61% of Tweets following Jackson's death with the phrase "Michael Jackson," 9% containing "MJ," and 25% including the name "Michael." Twitter is reported to have crashed at least once during this time.

The ICM News site in the UK reported that search engine Google dramatically slowed down between 2:40 pm and 3:15 pm Pacific time on June 25, as millions of Googlers entering the star's name got an error page rather than a list of results. These difficulties were later confirmed by Google.

In addition, many entertainment sites slowed significantly and became difficult to access, including celebrity gossip site TMZ.com, according to TechCrunch. TMZ.com first broke the story that Jackson's heart had stopped and paramedics had been summoned.

Traditional Media Also Overtaken

Separate from web activity, TV and radio stations immediately began airing footage and playing songs in the hours immediately following Jackson's death.US TV network and cable coverage seemed nearly omnipresent, while the Guardian reported that the UK's Sky News reported a peak of 735,000 viewers in the 15 minutes after Jackson's death was confirmed, while the BBC News channel hit 562,000 viewers around the same time period. The jump in viewers resulted in much-higher-than-usual ratings for these channels during the time of the Jackson coverage.

Radio Honors Jackson's Passing

Rolling Stone reported that Jackson's music became immediately popular on radio as well. Citing Nielsen numbers, the magazine said the singer's biggest hits jumped nearly 1,735% in overall airplay over the previous week, with many stations exclusively dedicating their play lists to Jackson's music the weekend after his death.

According to Nielsen Broadcast Data Systems, which tracks total airplay for terrestrial, satellite and cable radio stations, Jackson's "Billie Jean" was played the most over the airwaves, logging 4,540 plays from June 22nd to June 28th. Of those, 4,446 plays came after June 25th. In the previous week, "Billie Jean" only registered 318 plays total, according to Billboard.com.

Billboard noted that, overall, 20 Michael Jackson songs registered more than 1,000 plays last week following news of Jackson's death. By comparison, only Jackson's "Rock With You" managed to crack 500 plays the previous week. "Thriller," which was only played twice on Tuesday, June 23rd by all stations combined, was aired 1,497 times on Friday, June 26th, and collected 3,570 plays for the week. Also cracking the 3,000 plays mark were Off the Wall's "Rock With You" and "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough."

Four Jackson 5 songs managed to surpass the 1,000-play mark: "ABC," "I Want You Back," "I'll Be There" and "Never Can Say Goodbye."

MP3 Downloads Surge

Rolling Stone reported that, following Jackson's death, the top five albums on iTunes, and seven of the Top 10, were all Jackson releases, with The Essential Michael Jackson, Thriller and Off the Wall ranking as the top three.

Similarly, the Amazon MP3 store listed Jackson as the service's top-selling artist of the day following his death, said Rolling Stone. Last.fm also documented a large increase in listeners to "The King of Pop" in the moments following his passing, with a peak of roughly 42,000 of his songs played on the service between 6 pm and 8 pm ET.

Downloads of Michael Jackson's music also caused a surge on BitTorrent, where, immediately after his death, the three most active torrents in the music section on the largest torrent indexer, Mininova, were all compilations or discographies from MJ. On top was a torrent listing 30 Michael Jackson albums, The Jackson 5 and The Jacksons, totaling 1.94 GB of music.

MJ Death Spawns Spam

Despite an outpouring of shock, caring and sympathy from fans worldwide, all of the web's Michael Jackson activity isn't about the love. Computerworld reported that an increase in Michael Jackson spam and malware is likely to sweep the internet in the wake of the entertainer's death.

D day for Su

<o:smarttagtype namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" name="City"></o:smarttagtype><o:smarttagtype namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" name="place"></o:smarttagtype>

Well not many of you might know about this "Popular Star alias Mahan or Suriji" as he calls himself, let me tell you about him, he is Surendra Prassath from a small street in Manchester of India. Every one call him as Suri which is his short form, I even cut shorten it to "SU". Coming to the point I met Suri when I was 192 months old. We were in the same section and even lot more characters like NIAZ alias Azz and Shanker alias CHIEF MENTOR OF ALL BOX OFFICE hit VIJAY FILM, even many of them if I start to mention their names this blog wont even finally.

Suri is very calm, intelligent, hard working!!!! ohoh NO NO NO wait. He thought of being like in that way but obviously he didn’t do that. But he has a very good quality which I admire the most he is a great humanitarian might be he wont be realizing but he is!! Because every time when he happened to see a beggar or an aged person he helps them with what ever he has. Then he is thick glue in our friends set. When ever he creates a problem among us, he again works hard to revive that and makes every one as usual. More than that he values friendship a lot. For me he and AZZ were the best friends and also few who entered after sometime in my life.

When ever I went to Coimbatore he is the one who calls me all the time to his home and best food is being served any time when I enter his home by our beautiful mom.

So this is all about his introduction. Let us get into business now. D-day for SU. during his third year in his college he called me once and told he is opting for GRE. later in the third year he took it seriously as his father made him serious. So from then he prepared. Made his first attempt, by the time I made my first attempt for my CAT. His score was bit pathetic but I know he can make up next time. So after we completed our Degree the great recession hit our future with a strong blow. I and Su were made his meal because our companies which hired us made us to wait indeterminately. So then he prepared again for GRE and made his score to boost a bit. This time his parents turned restless because of his way of doing things. So he came to Chennai for working. He applied to two universities in US and got admit from 1 !!!!
Later he applied to VISA, the D Day was on 1 July 2009. He went to VISA interview I was practically more tensed because it decides his future. So I was in anxiety and also little panic. I left him near embassy office and went to a near by church to pray for a while. I in course of prayer I know he cleared. I don’t know what type of praying was going on during that time in Church and even I don’t know what Church is that. But still I know I can pray for well being, that’s what all the religions speak about. Later when I reached outside he came with bright face and told he cleared!!!
I am relaxed now and even feel I won something. This is the feeling I got when my other friend Santhosh got into a University in US.
This is the huge story behind the D-Day of Su. Now he is moving to US in a few days time. I now feel very much for missing him 2 years from now.

One kind help from every one who reads this article, kindly Pray for the well being for all of them in the universe. May every one have a long and prosperous life. This time I realize the truth behind the prayer and its quality of serving this humanity.

Most impressive speech by a UN speaker.

Saturday morning around 10 o’clock, I was just wandering in the internet for getting some useful stuff. Suddenly struck by the feeling of brotherhood and came to a site which shows an impressive speech. I hope it will open your hearts too.

"
By making the Millennium Development Goals tangible and time-bound, we have shown our collective will and declared our earnestness. Today we have reached the half way mark in time; but we still have far to go to create a more peaceful, prosperous and just world.

Our desire to cut poverty in half by 2015 has met with marginal success because the poor are still not our priority. The working poor are the backbone of every nation, and yet they go hungry. Where do we go wrong?

We can blame today's economic environment. It is indeed out of touch and out of balance. It does not address simple human needs like food, and water and shelter for all. We assume technology will solve our problems. We are proud of our modern cities, our high-tech hospitals, our shining universities, and the bright minds who go on to earn millions; but we are not ashamed of our dying villages and urban slums where populations go hungry, illiteracy is rampant and curable diseases weaken the people.

In a world where food distribution is uneven, where healthcare is based on one's capacity to pay rather than need, where women are vulnerable to HIV-AIDS because they are compelled to provide sexual favors to multiple partners to earn income to feed the family, there is neither peace nor justice.

If profit is our only measure of success, we will be quick to turn a blind eye to the exploitation of our own people and our natural environment. We cannot treat our land, our water, our trees, and our animals as money; instead, let us see them as our wealth. We are ruthless in this race to grab the dwindling natural resources of the world. We refuse to share; we would rather go to war. We spend billions on arms, but who-or should I say-what exactly are we protecting? Certainly not our people! Yet the real wealth of any nation is its people.

Let us remind ourselves that in committing to the Millennium Development Goals, we are in fact pledging to become partners with the poor. It is time for the state to get in partnership with its own people. Let us place the development goals squarely in the center of our National Plans and the National Budget. If a large number of a nation's population is below the poverty line, shouldn.t a large percent of the National Income be spent on them? Let us guarantee a living income, provide social protection, ensure decent work and most important, build communities.

A word that is largely absent from the Development Goals is Work. In my experience, the link between poverty and growth is decent work. Decent work means full employment at the household level; it builds the local economy and strengthens a community. Employers are constantly searching the globe for cheap labor; but the jobs they create abroad cannot build a society, or even a sustainable economy. Special economic zones are nothing but glorified labor-camps; they force migration and the break down of families and society. That is not nation building. Why not provide the same subsidies and incentives to local businesses, to training centers, to micro-lending, and to peoples. initiatives? These are better and more holistic uses of government resources.

Poverty is powerlessness. Poverty cannot be removed unless the poor have power to make decisions that affect their lives. So yes, poverty is a political issue. Sharing power with the people does not threaten nor diminish the role of the government; in fact it enhances it. Government support is crucial for the poor to help themselves.

The active engagement of a community and its organizations in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Millennium Development Goals is crucial. The poor are fully capable of evaluating the state of their own poverty. So the voice of the people must carry the same weight as national and international evaluations of the Development Goals. Let such monitoring mechanisms be independent, autonomous, and open to public scrutiny.

And I urge the donor community to spend your good money in building local capacities and the local economy; support the efforts of the poor to build their own organizations so they can decide and manage their own destinies.

Let us pledge once again to embark on a partnership with the poor to bring peace, prosperity and justice to all. If not we will be left with hunger and violence.
"

Smt. Today I thought of making an article about it. Many reason took me into Engineering. But even now I feel ashamed of not performing well in the subjects and also I didn't got the crux of the subject. For one reason management means a lot to me even now, I can create what I need rather going in terms of negotiations and rules set by some X and Y.
Performing in a real time management system:
"Simple idea with a great impact always wins" is my motto. For each person there are different reasons to enter each field, but for me the reason is simple, is to serve hungry souls, to give a good shelter to those who are in real need, to give a proper education to the children of heaven. This is the motivating tool which takes me through. Rather to say I must make a money - a paper, or a house made of gold, I am proud to say that i have chosen this option.
Passion drives the pleasure for work. I am much passionate about my dream but I am hindered by various nuisance, I am trying to find a good solution for the problems and the problem is with me. I am my self making a illusion about my situation and which makes me to worry a lot. I on going a consultation with my inner soul, Sooner I know and I will make up the situation and start my travel again.

What is this mighty word-Recession-- When it took incharge of this whole world.

<o:smarttagtype namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" name="place"></o:smarttagtype><o:smarttagtype namespaceuri="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" name="country-region"></o:smarttagtype>
Almost every news paper is displaying this word, with various significance, definitions, reports, expert’s thoughts for this issue. So let us see what’s this issue is exactly about.
To be frank no one could predict when and how this Recession could happen. But experts usually say it could happen due to some reasons and even say the time period over which this could happen. Remember this is just a prediction as we see in stock market, where peoples discuss about various stuffs initially and at the end of day if it happens by chance they have a bright face else they will again propose a theory to prove the contradictory results.
In Japan around 1970 it happened but they say even they haven't revived from that issue.
So I happened to ask my self what’s this mighty issue many times.. From the reference of many text, articles I got only one answer some where the money is blocked and the amount is so huge that no one can imagine usually.
So why is this happens. It’s due to management failure, poor management, people’s insignificant work due to internal politics, also In order to maintain Brand name hype people create false figures and make it work.
Normally if management makes any mistakes some peoples inside some how know it. But why is this major disaster with a pin drop silence. Simple reason being the peoples took them self greedy. Made the whole world panic and humanity to suffer a lot for no reason.
A Short Story to describe the rescission effect:
There lived a farmer named “Balu” with his wife “Rathi” in a village called ‘Saidhanya Nagar’ near “Jaipur” in Rajasthan. His personal belongings were so merely enough for a basic living. His savings only include his own land around 15 km from his home. He traveled by a cycle daily to his farm and takes care of it. Approximately 30% of his annual earning costs for his domestic expenses and 30% for buying raw materials for his farm. In the remaining 40%, 30% costs for his debts which he got for his daughters marriage. And the remaining costs for his medical expenses. Almost all his earning were sufficient for his day to day life with out any savings, It’s not his mistake by virtue because the agriculture is dependent on “Monsoon rainfall”, So if it hadn’t turned up well then he is no way responsible for not making profit but he owns only the pain. So life went on for him and he won’t let him self into another business not because of the problem in the capital, but also the people see him and his generation as agriculturalist so if he does another business no one will afford to buy his goods. One fine day all the prizes shook up for no reason, all the peoples in the village went to village Panchayat in search of a favorable reply. The Panchayat officer asked them to wait till evening so they did. In the evening officer called all of them in and asked them what’s the query? The people told the whole story, the officer understood their concern and told there happened recession in the United States of America, due to collapse of major market all the individual players here started to increase the prize. All were so upset because for no reason they were being charged extra. Some X or Y did some thing that too some where around 7000 miles far from their land, But they are being charged. All shouted at each other. The Officer was nice gentleman, So he told every one not to worry and assured them the situation won’t sustain much and it will be brought to end sooner.

Even though they were not happy they thanked the officer for his favorable response and his assurance and all left. Many of them in the village had some saving, Even though the market is not good now, they can sustain them self by keeping their minimum saving for atleast 2 months. But its not the case with Balu. He has to earn daily for his living. So he was afraid of what he is going to do. He returned sadly to his home. And Rathi saw his dull face and asked the reason and he told the whole story. She felt sorry and boosted him with good words and gave him confidence that they can do some thing and revive them self back.

As she was comforting him she told a old proverb “Where there is a will there a way”. So asked him not to lose his hope.

By next day as usual he went to his farm by cycle. As he went on he saw his friend “Shanker” a pot maker in his village. He just spent some time with him. Shanker told him that even his business became dull after the recession as peoples afford less money to buy his pots else they ignore to purchase so he was forced to sell in lower prize to the dealers in the city, Balu also explained about his situation and comforted him he is far better than his state and left the place. He went to his farm, since he had no money to buy raw seeds, fertilizers and other stuffs his farm was empty and had only lawn on it. He sadly went in and lied on the lawn for some time till evening. When he is about to leave he saw some shining material was glowing near his leg. He looked at that closely it was “Sea Shells” He dig the area and saw enormous amount of it. About 10 kilograms of sea shells were there. He was astonished by seeing that. He took all of them and went home. By entering home Rathi also saw that. She liked a lot those shells. So later on after they finished the dinner, Balu went near his farm in the back side of his house and enjoying the pleasant breeze. By the time Rathi took those shells and made like a beautiful art. She stitched all those shells in various shapes like triangle, square, flower etc. She almost made 10 -15 such creation. She showed it to Balu, he was thrilled by her creativity and for her marvelous work and he praised her. By next day his friend Shanker (Pot maker) came to home to visit him. As they were chatting he saw the creations made by Rathi. He asked who made those, Balu told the whole story and told he was thrilled by the creativity. Shanker even told the same, he told he need to pay around 100-150 Rupee to get these kind of material for making his pot beautiful and for attracting the customers in the city.
So Shanker asked for a favor to Rathi for making these in various kinds and give it to him whereas he would pay them 200Rs each for those arts.

Both Balu and Rathi were happy and accepted the offer. By next day Balu went to his farm and he dug the whole area and in many places he found the shells. That should bring around 100-150 of such art work made by Rathi. So now they have their new business and started out to do that. So they revived from their so called recession and made a fortune career.

Recession is a huge loss of money in the world, No one could believe that he is responsible for the issue and pay the amount from his pocket. But in reality this happens, No matter who you are and what you do. Only by creativity in terms of good ideas and fortune returning minds could make this leave the humanity. So keep trying you can make it happen in your way. BRAVO!!!

SSLC results

May 23 2009 is the D day for many of the students. I took a brisk walk to IIT Madras to meet my cousin. He was busy with his gadgets in Chemistry lab. He called me for snacks, So went to staff canteen and took dosas and a coffee. It costs less than 20 rupee on the whole. Then we went to lab again for finishing his work. Later we moved to other side of the IIT near Guindy gate. My cousin told he has some works there and we moved there suddenly within 5 minutes of time we entered a bakery and he ordered for a chocolate cake. I asked him what’s the reason, suddenly I remembered there is going to be my birthday tomorrow.
So there comes May 9 my day around 22 years back a soul was given to earth from heaven for a enabled purpose and to find the truth. I was thrilled and surprised to have it on the whole. So after some time we finally decided to step into our home. After dinner around 11pm. We started our usual night chat. As the time was nearing 12am, my uncle and sister went there for preparing the cake and stuffs. Exactly at 12, Suri another best friend called me and wished me. It was splendid moment during my each birthday that Suri usually call me first and wish me. Even though I normally forget to do the same for his birthday. Then comes Santhosh, Sambu and Niaz's turn, another fellow members in our group of friends and to be more specific chief mentor for me thro all the time, who makes me as I am in all activities, who makes me think what I need indeed. So they called me and wished. So as it went on the cake and decorations were ready by the time and it was so much memorable moment for to cut that since after very long years I am doing it. My sister and uncle presented me a branded shirt and pant. So obviously no words to express my gratitude to them. Around morning 10 pm i got up as usual and messaged my E4e friends for a tea party. But i got only few replies and I asked my mom to prepare heavily for the party. She almost started her preparation in the morning. By the time of 4 pm I was expecting every one. But none turned up. Around 5 I was worrying as no one turned up still, but finally Shyam came and with in few minutes Sunil also joined him. These both were waiting for around 2 hours for the other friends to turn up and start the party. Around 7 pm Balaji, Visu,Rat and Rad, SrinathSudha and Ariv turned up. I was chatting with my other uncle in my home. I haven't noticed any of them as they closed the door beside me and stopped me seeing what’s happening there. My mom and sister helped them to this, some thing great shock which they gave me here. After some time Srinath arrived in and closed my eyes and took me to the hall. when he opened the eyes I was in front of a huge cake, I was so much thrilled not because the cake was huge and luckily it was my favorite Black forest too, but all my friend's economy status was bit poor since we were fired from our job 2months before. I asked them why? they told its our gift. All my tears came to my cheeks but they would feel bad so I controlled myself. Then cut the cake and passed it to every one. As a usual procedure half the cake was in my face. Then my mom served hot payasam and vadda. By the time Visu gave me a packet and asked me to open it. I asked why? No one explained. Rather they are gave a smile and asked me to wear that. I went to my mom and uncle to show that. My uncle looked at the brand, he was immediately taken to shock it was "Genesis". He told it is costly and too branded. I was taken to shock once more. I asked them why again. They all just gave a smile and with no reply.
"Real friends show their anxiety and love at all the time, No matter whether they are employed or not, whether they have enough money to buy me a gift or not, its their true nature"
Blown by a strong wind never before I was speech less for two days after this incident.

It is a fact that all shock need to be relieved, I myself in that status as of now, But not sure when I could really help all these closest members in my life. Waiting for the moment to happen, May be with in a year I could realize that well.

New course to be launced : Country Management. All the political parties have started their campaigning and are moving in a hot speed. One day when I was about to cross the road there happened to be a big JAM. I know in a country like India Traffic Jam is a part of the heritage. But this jam is due to Political Party campaigning and one guy started and was continuing for a period of about 5-7 hours. All the time the peoples have to take another route which means to have a major Jam. And the guy started to speak about all non sense the other counterpart did, of course it seemed to be true. He said the resources were not managed efficiently, He asked CBI to take steps to looks at that.
The same guy before fours during his term did the same act and was brought before the law, but he cautiously cleared the case and is now standing in the election. He had already been in several cases like that even before. What made him to stand in the election with such a profile? He is not the only such guy report says more than 80% of the politicians have pending cases of which they are involved, But we as a public elect them again with no means and they again create same disaster. What a stupid act we are making?? Is that is the country requires and is that going to revive the economy?? The questions are unanswered until efficient, young, dynamic, truthful managers take up this country to become successful.
Jai Hind

<link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://ethics-servestheworld.blogspot.com/2009/05/new-course-to-be-launced-country.html' title='New course to be launced : Country Management. Moving to studies we were like breaking our heads every day and night to get the whole subject into our mind. Even though the food sucks no one cares much and started moving in the same way as we were during in our school days. Our Head of the Dept that time was completely crack and totally useless. He asked us to study all the time. What ever we tell him for no reason he asks our percentage which made the situation wiser for him so that he could deny our petition even without knowing it completely. Taking leave on a day was such a big factor for us since he usually does all these drama. If we fail to attend a class we were asked to bring our parents no matter how far they will be. All these happened during First year during this period we were isolated from our dept and were kept in a common jail called "Science and Humanities".
During next 3 years situation was much worse than before. We were actually working under a Dictator. He expects strict coping of words which he pronounces, if he laughs he expects others to laugh, if he sneezes expects others to do the same.
What made me enter in to such a situation is the question which I asked million times during the four years. I have even told about this earlier in my other blog too at Any one in the world knows about us.
The little things which I haven't discussed there let me here to share with you.
As I told earlier initially all of us were moving friendly during our first meeting. As the days went on much after the mid second year there happened to be some controversy, Even guys with good nature entered into unwanted problem thus making the problem grow to heights. It was so stupidity that to say we all were the cause of the problems and turmoil created. But no one came forward to have a solution. Even if they do so they were treated badly.
In Mahabharata "Karna" was a good man with great talent and ethical value but the situation made him to enter into "Adharma". He was in no way to come out of the situation. I read these long before joining the college. My mom usually says that Mahabharata is the lesson for life for all the human beings. But after entering college I actually witnessed that. Before my eyes every thing happened which I had read before. Even great men had gone nothing after the four years due to bad friend ship and also it happened other way around too. Ethics given by our ancestors are of some much valued, it must be treated with proper care and with great sincerity so that One can attain great heights in his life.

Is Moral costs more than the life

When I was in the age of 14, One day I was playing with a kid and suddenly he fell down causing him minor injuries. It was witnessed by another women I thought of escaping from the situation but the women told the whole story for the purpose of giving me a SLAP from my father. I was so astonished, as my father slapped almost in front of all the peoples there, with out minding anything. I was as usual so upset about the situation and it even made me to think further about why I went into such a situation.
A beautiful proverb says"Man thinks much wiser only in worst situation"
It happened to me that time. I was almost in the way to find the moral of life. Sincerely I admit I made a mistake, but no one cares about that the reason because of my wrong moral in life. I was like a odd man in the whole family when they were treating me like that. I even don't know for what purpose I was neglected by every one. I hope lots of persons has the same situation as I am talking about his matter. The way I found a solution for this problem is quite similar as others think but efficiency is so high might be unpredictable. I started thinking by the way others look at me. This gave me different perception of a single situation. To be simpler Strategic thinking is the code. And I started asking WHY to all the stuffs I do. this gave me a good reason of the activities I do day to day and so the moral is formed.
Looks alike simple formula 2H+[O]==>H2O. Its a high time to decide the Nation's leader. As the rescission is round the corner and even to say it's worst face is yet to be seen. So the new leader must be prepared to take necessary steps to control. The election manifestos displayed by each party has its own description of things but all of them have some things in common, they are to reduce job cuts, improve literacy, women empowerment and the list continues to satisfy the basic lay mans need. Over all there is a hugh surprise for everyone, because a man of less than the average age of the members in the Parliament, has taken a hugh step in this little known area for youths.
Sarath babu an alumni of BITS-pilani and IIM A. He is born to a poor family; his mom has a road side idly shop for running their daily life. He had told that he spent his summer holidays in the shop for helping his mom. So it's his background. So what made him so much powerful and determined to achieve the world renowned success. In spite of his poor background he came up with marvelous success which made every one mostly today's youth to inspire him next to Dr.A.P.J.
His determination to prove himself and to eradicate the word Poverty from the world's dictionary he had taken enormous steps before he admitted to enter politics. He is an entrepreneur, being a graduate from IIM A there is no question of large pay-package offers from world's largest MNC’s would have given him, but he is quite simple to take the new path. He started a new venture called Food king to expand his mom's work world wide. At present it has 5 braches all over India. He even exports his products to other nations.
After the 26/11 attack we made several reforms to bring back the original colors. He had a different idea and opinion as a normal management graduate would think of. If the leader and his principles works out well then the organization goes well. More precise to say in WARREN BUFFETS way "SELECT RIGHT PERSON FOR A RIGHT JOB". May be he is working on this aspect. Let us see what happens in the near future.

Chak de..

Comments awaited.. This is the statement which I ultimately grasp after spending a semester with my Favorite Professor K. Narayanan. It is a great class to me than any other subjects I had ever. I almost became addicted to that even thou' its jus subject which has no major influence in getting a great job in that cadre after we finish our bachelors.
Work ethics for a lay man has various answers. But in general its too simple to say- "Doing the work properly and not expecting credit for it. Work culture, behavior in office and such things must be well under a border such that no ones rights are affected". There are also other defined statements which I was thought by the great man, but for now I just remember these which is the precise version.
Even the Holy books in any culture insists the same in different language- I suppose.

Karman Eva Athiaresthe maa Balesu khadhasana- Bhavat Gita.

Its mean do the work and dont expect the results. Its the best descirption for the ethics to be followed.
When I about to start thinking ethics I coined a term "Moral -- Morality". Simply to say a difference between ethics and this term, ethics varies from time to time. But Morality does not. Its a fact like "SUN RAISES IN THE EAST". And to be simple what Krishna in BhavatGita followed was ethics, since he played a nice role to save the truth some times its against the Law. But Dharma followed Morality. So these are principles which makes man wiser for a healthy well being. May be if these are followed so precisely the word "RESCISSION", would have lost its significance, but its not as of now. So LETS BEGIN A NEW ERA AND MAKE THIS WORLD BETTER.

Chennai-One day in a Metro.

Its a great attempt for an individual to start his career in a Metro. May be because of the industries in the metro and naturally job opportunity is more. Metro has completely a different life style, initially any one must be afraid of this issue. But as the days pass on it becomes usual.
There is a city supposed to be a metro located in Coromandel coast of the Bay Bengel. Peoples call it with different names but generally its called as Chennai. Its the most hottest city I had ever been. I takes your blood outside during summer. People say Sahara desert is most hottest but if they are here Sahara seems to be coolest.
Initially the day starts with newspaper and it goes on smooth until 9o clock. When it struck the time, people from all round the city comes outside almost all the streets and all vehicles are busy and stuck in traffic. The language used in such times are the worst ever you can hear in any place. All these are due to frustration from every human. If you are just a visitor to watch that you will be filled with humor and you cannot resist you temper if your one among them.
Then in the office usually the boss - employee relation plays a role. If they are good and keep going form it works out well. Else it takes another role.
Lunch is major problem for many of them here. The prices are like Everest hill and quality and quantity equals pacific ocean with out drop of water in it.
Evening must start with a breeze as we think off but here it comes for finishing the days work and preparing for home.
So then comes the return home principle. It is the same as such in the morning. Buses are full and train carries a whole village. No one knows where these peoples got in and when they will go out. It remains until 11 in the night.
The role of a human in metro is too worse. Almost every one is responsible for this pollution, chaos and price hike. May be we should control by some norms. Else the fore coming generation will suffer a lot. Just think about it. Discussion and Comments awaited.

Any One in the world knows about us..

I wonder most often how I handled this crappiest subject for 1460days.. But some times it seems to be worth full, when I start to repair the old transistor, radio, gadgets etc.. Is that for I burned the mid-night oil for more than half of those period to get those world unseen information in to my precious brain but now sitting in a corner and worrying for a better opportunity??
Some times back I was called for fitting a fan in my neighbors house I was thrilled by the opportunity, so went on. I was so thrilled by seeing that the man who called me was also an Electrical Engineer with hand full of experience. Seems to be crazy right??
Sometime back one of my close friend asked me about principle behind charging of capacitors. I told him with simple explanation, he simply rejected and asked for another. I admitted I don't know, then I realised what I studied over the period has started decaying without touching those books for a longer period.
So to start with our Great Grand Pa's theorem came to my mind-- Kirchhoff. So it lead to various network theorems and then to electrical concepts. Electrical machines was another crap i had ever learned in my life. It makes me whirled when I think how I manged to cooperate with those papers. There are few subjects which no one knows for what reason we dealt with that subject. Solid and Fluid mechanics tops the list. It had variety of theorems and equations which practically doesn't sound any meaning to us.
As the days went on we had a subject with practically no meaning. It was thought by the world most brilliant and humors person. The labs takes their own advantage, it could not be taken as such else it makes you go mad. It all happened until 7 semester practicaly till last lab class. Even after our great MNC recruited for the post of "ALWAYS BE AT HOME WE CALL U AFTER 2020" the scenario hasn't changed a lot. may be the pressure in labs were less. But the ill minded torcher was the same.
the position was same since 2year when we entered the HELL but it was little controlled until we were managed by "Lord Dharma" but it changed after the forced replacement of "Yamadharma". It was not as we get the things done in proper way, how ever and what ever the reason may be we are blushed and asked irrelevant questions for no reason.
There is a notable character which handled us almost 180 days for both lab and class. When ever I call his name fire sparkles in the air and his little, butter face comes out with thin hair mightier than spider web called as mustache. He is almost a robotic figure and all he knows is to finish his class and get usual dosage from Yama. You can call him a program with no artificial intelligence. His thoughts where constrained and of no use in general.
Among very few good tutors we had our Management Principle staff luckily form Majestic Mechanical department, who stood by the way he thought us the class. So it needs no explanation for us to understand the concept behind and our great Genius, Philosopher and Guru Ethical man. He handled the Ethics which I admirred the most.
Then MP-MC staff and few others. These are the few peoples who made me think beyond the horizon even now.
As of now Electrical has a little meaning for me but as the time goes on I hope I can find the inner core.
Any thing heavier than air cannot fly and cannot be flown- Dr.A.P.J. More over the product compatibility with the current scenario plays a major role. What made Tata’s to think beyond the horizon to create such an awesome product with simple idea.
"Fortune at the bottom of the Pyramid” concept plays a role here. The great management guru "C.K. Pragladh"s idea changed the whole scenario so called "RECESSION". Even most of the management gurus and experts say it's not a correct time to launch a new product, that too of this kind. Since no one has ever EVER tried it BEFORE.
"SINCE NO ONE HAS EVER TRIED BEFORE THEY HAVEN'T WON THE MATCH" - Neo in Matrix dialog suits here.
There are enormous resources and concept that could change the word called "POVERTY". This proven concept has been described in the book written by the great legend C.K. Even through Tata's failure in West Bengal and Trinamool Congress's extra oil in the fire, Tata managed well to over come the situation and it made clear the are in the right track after the launch of "NANO"
So does the success reaches once they hit the market?? No..There are also other terms such as gross sales, production, net profit, etc.. which will finally decide the product's over all success.
NANO has been launched a few days back. And all papers headlines are filled with this name. I cannot believe that peoples rush through the booking spot and make their order with greater enthusiasm. Figure says till date more than a 1 million car has been booked. And the names are randomly picked and are delivered to them with in a short period. Production house says they will produce 50000 cars in the shortest period to meet this demand.
When the whole world deeply condemning for the 9 letter word how can an organization make a clear objective to reach their goal which no one ever had done before. Is this is called "GUTS" or "GREATER CAPACITY WHICH NO ONE EVER REALIZED" or "SIMPLY THEY SAY I DARE"

I think all of these takes the TATAs to taste the success.

BEING PROUD TO BE AN INDIAN IS NOT JUST ENOUGH, PROVE YOUR SELF THAT WE ARE MUCH COMPETENT AND HAVE ENORMOUS SKILLS WHICH THE WORLD YET TO REALISE.

Comments are awaited...

26/11 Incident- Mumbai attack-World is a Global village-- sooner will be of NO MANS village

Two days back I was watching TV for a good song about in the evening. Suddenly I saw a flash news with a TV reporter with thrilled face saying something. Since its a election period I thought the thrilling is usual, but to my expectations it was not so. Its a Live telecast from Lahore!!! I was so surprised to see the incident happening over there. Nearly 70 peoples where dead when I was seeing the news and as of now i don't know the situation. Does humanity has any value on such grounds??
Is that the value that a life is being given in the world. When terrorists attacked Mumbai on 26/11 I was so badly upset and don't know how to revive back. I don't think any human will think of such activity if he is actually given birth by another human. So who are they???
Naming them with different Religion, Nationality, gender, caste ,etc... has no significance, as every soul which is being given birth has its own. So why are we fighting for?? when they are invisible non humans.
When India asked for suitable explanation with demand for action from Pakistan government, the actions where delayed. Its makes us so angry and even our Hon. Minister of Ext. affairs told if the reverse activity had happened so the treatment would be different. But now the virus attacked them too.
It has to be a concern at least now. We have enormous knowledge with various resources available all over the world, let us make it useful for the humanity in a proper way.
If not sooner or later no man will be alive, we all could wage war for no reason and the earth remains empty.
"No one knows when there will be a birth of next Adam and Eve"
Strong faith on Obama from all over the world has raised when he promises to keep off all the activities against humanity which is happening over the world.
I think one man and his nation cannot change the whole world what ever the reason may be. All the humans must be aware that we are passing through something which will damage our home.
So let us begin at least now, as its not too late for any action but depends on planning of stuffs.
As a typical management rule says"Work expands to Time Limit" suits for this well..
PRAY FOR ME BROTHER...

Tit bits..

It is my first time in creating this humor.. No one knows even myself dont know how to make this happen but with little guts just making this happen. Usually I like to talk much with persons I like the most, but this time I like to write just for a change. Peoples have various thoughts and action principles I like the one who are doing that on their own, precisely self capable. Its a must for today world. It what calls for MOU between your mind and action. In short its a Gandhiji's principle.
Once we attain that then life is refined, smoothen and even like a cake walk. Its a just a piece of thought from my perspective..
Your comments are eagerly awaited.
